ChiroCare Connect is a secure website that makes a variety
of clinical and administrative tools and resources available to
its provider network. More specifically, the site delivers access
to remit advice statement, clinical guidelines, patient history
(authorizations and claims), Plan Summaries and Fee Schedules,
administrative forms and a provider manual. Additionally, the
site supports the submission of authorization requests and the
collection of UCare patient eligibility and benefit information.
