We were pleased to announce the merger between Chiropractic Care of Minnesota, Inc. (CCMI) and Chiropractic Care of Wisconsin, Inc., (CCWI) on September 1, 2014. It has been a busy few weeks at our office as we prepared to bring the two not-for-profit organizations together to serve the communities of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa even better than we do today.
Together, CCMI and CCWI will offer a network of 2,200 providers, serving over 1.5 million members. This merger enlarges the footprint for both organizations and delivers a broader and stronger provider network. We plan to leverage the strengths of each organization to the benefit of all.
The enthusiasm and leadership of Tab Erck, CEO of CCMI, Dr. Steve Jobe, Chairman of the CCMI Board of Directors, and Scott Giltner, Chairman of the CCWI Board of Directors, has been inspiring. They all agree that this strategic combination provides the opportunity to expand the development and implementation of new services, while continuing to serve our network chiropractors and customers with the commitment to excellence they have come to expect.
As we enter this exciting new chapter in our history, we do not anticipate any disruptions in processes or customer service. We’re not going to fix what isn’t broken — both organizations are well managed and highly efficient, regularly receiving high marks for satisfaction among key stakeholders.
Through the website, social media, the weekly News Flash, the Monthly Straight Talk newsletter, and other communication channels, we will continue to keep everyone up to date as our relationship progresses.
In the meantime, I would like to welcome the staff and providers of ChiroCare Wisconsin to the CCMI organization!
