Chiropractic Care of Minnesota, Inc. (CCMI) will be launching a project, called ChiroFirst, in the summer of 2015. This project will utilize the ChiroCare Centers of Excellence (CCoE) to test a conservative care pathway of placing a doctor of chiropractic at the point of entry for acute and sub-acute low back pain.
In collaboration with Minnesota Community Measurement (MNCM), a quality performance measure, called Acute and Sub-Acute Low Back Pain Functional Status Outcome Measure, was developed to collect clinical outcomes data. CCMI and MNCM are inviting community members to review this measurement tool and provide feedback before pilot testing begins this spring.
The Acute and Sub-Acute Low Back Pain Functional Status Outcome Measure Direct Data Submission (DDS) specifications can be accessed here. Public comments are currently being accepted and will conclude on Friday, March 13, 2015, at 11:59 p.m. CST. You are welcome to submit feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org. We appreciate your time and thoughtful comments.
